How I Invoice

At Paper Clinic, I believe in a transparent and efficient payment process. Once your document has been edited and returned, or when we agree that the job is complete, I will include an invoice. This invoice will contain the detailed charges for my services.

Advance Payments

In some instances, I may require an advance payment. This is not a standard procedure but is determined on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. I assure you that any such requirement will be communicated clearly and early in the process.

Paying Through Payoneer

For the convenience of my clients, I use Payoneer to issue my invoices. This platform allows payments through credit or debit cards, making it a simple and secure option for you to clear your dues.

The Payment Process

Once your edited document is ready, or when the job is agreed to be finished, I will send you an invoice via Payoneer. This invoice will detail all the charges for my services. You can then conveniently pay using your credit or debit card.

I strive to ensure all my practices, including my payment procedures, are fair and transparent. If an advance payment is required, it will be communicated to you well in advance and with clear reasons.
